If so your account may be barred. You need to contact O2. All numbers in this guide

O2 will place 2 bars on a reported lost issue.

Both the account and sim will be barred.

You must activate the sim sent as replacement by contacting customer service and asking for both cars to be removed.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
