I saw an advert for O2 last night saying that you could upgrade and the remaining months of your contract would be waived??

Just signed in and it says that I still have to wait till September '14?

Is it just for new sign ups or can pay monthly contracts do it too...only been with O2 for like 7 years or so 😕

Hi and welcome to the 02 Community Forum.

Just thought I'd make you feel a little welcome.

When your current contract has run its course you will be them able to choose a new one.

Take care.

It's called O2 Refresh and it's for new or upgrading customers.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
