I got a new sim for my iPhone because I broke the last one trying to cut it... Called CS, got it activated yesterday around 3pm, but it's still showing no service when I turn the phone on. Should it take this long? Or does it sound like there's a problem here?
Thanks.

It can take up to 24 hours to fully complete the transfer, keep turning your phone on & off regularly to check it is completed

Right, so it should be done around about 3pm today? Hopefully... And yes, I've synced it twice. Is that what I need to do, or something else?

Having a similar issue, changed tariff yesterday at around 10.30am, not had a data signal since then, calls/texts are ok though. Synced with itunes, tried changing APN's and keep restarting my phone. Is there an issue at o2's end then?

have you turned 3g on & off, turned airplane mode on & off, check the o2 status checker to see if there any 3g issues in your area
