I received my new sim card yesterday morning which i purchased from mobiles.co.uk put in my phone and just shows no service, been in touch with 02 and they said i needed to contact mobiles.co.uk to get the sim activated, did that this morning and guess what mobiles.co.uk said that they only sell the sim only deals and that 02 are resposible for activation which makes sense, just tried sim card again and still no service.
Cannot believe this is so diffcult when i swaped to Vodafone from EE popped in the new sim and it worked straight away and suggestions.
