I need a new SIM card as my old one is faulty. I rang customer service and think I may have ordered a new one through the automated service. How do I check if it’s on it’s way?

Usually when you order something you can find them on your myO2 account through the app or the website, if you go to My O2 and click on the my device, recent orders are near the bottom of the page on the right hand side

You can drop in at their stores if you don't receive within 5 working days or contact customer service
