I lost my phone and sim, asked for a new sim which i now have. I put it in the new phone I have bought and it is not working. Need help please. There is no live chat and obviosuly i can not phone when it doesnt work. I have signal but saying not registered.

O2 would have blocked your account when you reported the phone lost. You need to contact them to lift the bar. You can use Skype to call.
