Hi,
I'm trying to register a new sim that I have received as part of a virgin volt package. I've only just got round to setting it up and paid the first £25 bill out of my account.
And so, the sim is in my phone, showing O2 network but outgoing calls are barred saying a debt needs to be paid. There is no debt - even the phone call it goes through to says there balance is £0
So... how on earth do i register all this correctly? I'll be porting a number once it's all sorted - hopefully!

I think the volt thing was badly organised with a lot of confusion to be honest. As I am already a customer for both services I never had to do much. Otherwise I suspect I would also have teething problems as well.
