Hi all,
So bit of background, my car was stolen towards the end of april and my phone was unfortunately in the car.
I phoned up o2 and reported it, they sent out a replacement sim. I wasnt getting any signal so i contacted o2, who said the sim seems fine and it may be the replacement phone.
I purchased a new phone and tried the sim again, it now showed up as o2-uk (previously searching) with full signal but still not working, o2 then sent out a replacement sim.
The replacement sim has now arrived but phone is saying emergency calls only, i've had a fiddle and the APN setting says o2payg, with it being a pay monthly sim should this not be set to pay monthly? if so does anyone know the settings, the apn settings are same for both sims and seem to default to o2payg.
it's now coming up to 2 weeks and with everything else that is going on this little episode is having a massive effect on my mental state of mind if anyone knows how i can resolve this please do tell.
