New Sim not working after Previous one Stolen and Bared

Hi,

 

A few days ago my phone was stolen on the number [personal details removed], I have bared that and since received a new sim card, i have put it in this morning but it is getting no service so i cant activate the sim via the online portal (as I can not receive text messages as there is no service), can you help?

O2 need to remove the bars they applied to your account when reported lost.

You need to contact customer service to have the restriction on your account removed

 

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
