New Sim Started Saying Voice Not Provisioned After Being Activated

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help.

I had trouble setting up my pay monthly SIM, swapping the number from my old phone to my new. I managed to get it working and this morning it was activated. I was able to call, message and use my data. However, about 10 minutes before this post, my SIM has now reverted back to the state it was before it was working this morning and is saying Voice Not Provisioned again.

Does anyone know how this can be fixed, or what has actually gone wrong?

Thanks.

Without knowing what problems you had and what you did, I can only guess that a second sim swap may have started.

Probably best you contact customer service Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I am having the same problem, and going round in circles with the online help.  It tells me to ring helpline.  If I could do that I wouldn’t have a problem.  Online expert chat help not available.  Getting very frustrated.

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
