I just got my new samsung sii today (upgraded from the blackberry) but the data doesn't seem to work, so i can't download any apps, any ideas why or if i'm doing something wrong?!

Could be that your phone doesn't have any preloaded data settings - if you call 202 or do a webchat at www.o2.co.uk we'll send you some.

If you are still on a BB data plan you may have to change it over to standard data. Call CS, as above....
