I lost my phone and was sent a new SIM to put in my new phone but when I've put it in the new phone it doesn't seem to be working. No calls or texts will leave the phone.
I've rung customer services 3 times today and seem to get cut off after 25 minutes of being on hold

You will have to persevere with o2, best time to call is 8am
As there is nothing we can do here on this customer to customer forum.
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
