@Dourdu

Have you done a sim swap yet?

Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

You can do it yourself in 2 different ways

1. Go online to http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk & follow the instructions
2. Text the word SWAP to 20220 from your O2 phone. You will get step by step instructions via text message.

You will know when is done because your old sim will not work but your new one will be up & running. If you do it in store you are more likely to be up & running with your new SIM card before you even leave the shop. The process could take up to 24 hours to complete & keep turning your phone on & off until the new SIM card is active.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
