I have received my upgraded phone today and a new SIM and it won’t connect to o2 I can’t get any signal and my contacts won’t transfer and I can’t call or text. I have tried to contact o2 and I can’t please can anyone else help me? I am very frustrated as I can’t use my phone now practically

Hi Breony, is your old SIM card still working? If so, and its the same size, you can continue to use the old SIM in the new phone. Let me know if this helps - Stacey slight_smile

If you were using an Android phone, you should log in again using the same details.
Your contacts will then show up once the phone has re-synced.
Text messages, as far as I know, won't transfer over unless you use a transfer app. These are specific to each phone manufacturer and will differ.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
