New Phone and number transfer

Hello my old contract is over I wanted to get a new phone but stay with my old number how can I do it in the current situation like all salons and customer service is closed.

They did it all for me Jan last year, I did not have to call O2 - but yes, that might not be so cool now. You can always call them and ask, if they have sales staff able to take your call.
