Hi, I have just started a new contract with 02, my phone hasn't arrived yet but I am not sure whether I will get a new number or not. I would preferably like a new one but I am not sure if I will. I am a first time 02 customer but have come from Three and I don't know whether I will get a new number or not. I dont have a PAC code and I am not sure to how to get one.

If you have started a new contract with o2 and aren't upgrading then you will get a brand new o2 number.
If you need a PAC code you need to contact Three.
I would suggest texting INFO to 85075 to see if there are any outstanding charges.
The text PAC to 65075
If these fail you will need to speak to Three Customer Services on 333
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

Unless you get a PAC from Three to give to O2 you'll just get issued a new numbers from O2.

You will get a new number if you haven't given them a PAC @StephenBaker
