If I use my PAC code today and have a 30-day sim only contract. When will the service terminate with O2?

As soon as the swap is complete your service will terminate.

As soon as you give 3 your PAC and they start to process it your O2 account should just evaporate.

Wait until you get a final bill from O2 before stopping any DD though.
