Hello everyone,

I placed an order on Wednesday 25th, I have since been talking with a few different people from 02, one being Friday and the other Saturday, saying that they have raised a case to see why i haven't heard anything. I was reasured that i would hear something yesterday but still nothing. I have only had the inital emails with confirmation of order but nothing since. On my 02 it doesnt show that i have an pending orders? could this be because of it still going through credit check?

 

Has anyone else had this sort of problem, because slowly i am loosing faith that i will actually get this phone.
