Hi All.

I placed an order for a new contract yesterday, electronically agreed to the legal side and received the documents - received an email confirming my order with order no etc selected delivery for anytime today, but I've had no further emails dispatch email etc, anyone had this problem? Trying to get through to live chat but unavailable and cant find a number to contact them on regarding it? Thanks!

Most likely out of stock.

You will only receive your dispatch email when it actually leaves O2.

The best number to call on appears to be 0800 587 4005

Until you get an email to say ts been dispatched , its nnot coming I'm afraid. Once you get the email you can track the order in My O2 https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-monthly/how-to-track-your-order

Hi @LukasB,

I'm unable to call unfortunately - my current phone has no network coverage at home (the sole reason I am cancelling the contract and switching to o2) so it only works via WiFi and cannot hold a phone call longer than 20 seconds before cutting out. I have tried to go through to live chat but every time I try it says unavailable.

Hey @sophie-michelle have you tried it via skype? If not I am happy to run it via our gurus but if you call via skype it might be a lot quicker.
