Hi I just placed a new order to Saturday evening for a new contract, based on my credit check said I needed to pay a deposit which I have done however I have received no emails to say what's happening! Iam worried it didn't go through! Can someone assist?
I'm unable to get through on the phone line to o2 as I don't have access to a mobile as my old one is broken!!
