Received a new micro sim to switch phones, logged the transfer info online but it hasn't switched. It's the second time of trying. any suggestions???

Apparently it was because my new microsim was pay monthly rather than pay as you go so new sim ordered. Thanks for the comments.

yeah you do have to say which you are on contract or payg but glad you are sorted
