Hi,

I've recently purchased a Galaxy S20 on a monthly contract. I've paid £760 upfront cost to reduce my monthly payments, but I've not taken out any insurance as I've made sure I look after my phones over the years.

As soon as I received my phone, I immediately purchased a phone protective cover. But I've now noticed there seems to be some kind of small "blister" on the top right of the screen. The screen protector that came with the phone has been taken off when I took it out of the box, so it's definitely the screen.

Your help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Tom

@snapman

You have 28 days to return it as faulty for investigation https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/our-returns-policy

@snapman When you eventually get your phone back, you should consider insurance, but not from O2. Many homeowner's contents policies cover mobiles, and many banks do insurance too. It's worth shopping around, as you have a fairly expensive piece of equipment, and should protect it, even if you are careful.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
