Hi, I put a order through as a new customer yesterday morning and it asked me to pay a £350 upfront payment as otherwise I’d unlikely pass a credit check so I did this and had a email back saying they need more information and will be in touch within 24 hours. 

24 hours has passed and I haven’t heard anything at all. Has anyone else had this problem and how long did they take to get back to you?
