I've received an email asking me to pay my bill. Isn't payment taken by Direct Debit?

@CarolAnne

A direct debit should have been set up when you took out the contract.

O2 will send you a bill notification 2 weeks before you need to pay.

If the email says "payment will be taken on (date)" then it means you have a DD in place.

If it says "you need to pay by (date)" it means there has been an issue with the DD and you need to call O2 to resolve.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
