Hi everyone 🙋‍♂️ 

 

looking for a little bit of advice if possible please regarding my new iPad that I have taken out on a pay monthly contract. 

when I ordered the iPad I wasn’t told this item was out of stock when I purchased it, I’ve received an email later stating that it’s out of stock and there trying to get it to me ASAP. 

I have registered for the o2 app on the 28/10/21 ( same day I purchased the iPad ) and It doesn’t let me log in stating there an error and it can take upto 48 hours to access it. It’s been longer than 48 hours. When I log in on the website there is no history of my order. Is this Normal? I’m totally new to o2 so I do not know there procedures but surely to god this order should show up in my o2 account? 

I do not know how long the order will be delayed or anything at all for that matter. Also could anyone please advise me the best way to contact o2 to chase all this up?

Your MyO2 won't be activated until your order is dispatched.

Unfortunately, we don't know when that will be as even Apple don't have certain devices currently to to manufacturing issues.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they may be able to help you with this some more.
