New Customer - SIM Swap

Hi Anyone else having problems swapping over a number.   Online Sim Swap says there is a problem and says call 202 - but that is of course not open for these types of enquiries at the moment.  Tried texting SWAP to 2020 but that says try again later as everyone is busy.  Online based chat is closed.. or is it open,  different pages on the site say different things.   Not a very good first impression O2 !!

 

Any ideas how to get this to work,  need the old number as its my business contact number ! 😞

I have the same problem. Additionally, I can't get wifi calling to work

Wifi calling won't work without an active account and you need customer service to enable it for you.

Same numbers as given above to call on.
