New Contract

I took out a brand new contract with o2 yesterday around at 1659 and your CSR on live chat said it would be here today. It is still not here, when do they deliver up till? I know they haven't been as they have not left a card.

Much the better option to speak to customer service using the number in the link at the foot of the page. Frustrating when you can't get up to date information from the website though.

Hi @Anonymous and Welcome to the Forum.

I agree that something like this is annoying when one is excited at owning a nice new shiny phone. If you follow my previous advice earlier in the thread by ringing Cs on 202 contract / 4445 Payg they will be able to assist you further.

Let us know how you get on and I hope you get your phone quickly.
