New Contract.....Zero information

Hi,

I have pre-ordered the Sony Xperia 1 ii on the 4th, this is my first o2 contract as I am currently on EE...I have a £30 charge to my bank account and everything seemed to process fine.  Except I never recieved any confirmation via email or other communication (I really should have printed the confirmation page....)

After talking to a live chat agent on the 5th, I was able to get my order number (after swapping 4 agents and taking about 50mins).  Still no email.

I go to try and track my order, which I am told to use My o2 on the website, but my o2 account contains zero information.  No products/services or anything useful.

Since its now the day before I'm expecting to be recieving the phone, I would expect some kind of dispatch email or something to confirm that its going to ship, but still nothing.  How do I find out whether I am indeed going to get the phone tomorrow or not?

Cheers!

Dean

Dispatch emails are sent the evening before delivery and not before but only customer service can tell you if you will be getting one today or not.

Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

The best number to call on appears to be 0800 587 4005

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
