Hi,

I started a new contract with O2 at the weekend. I received the new O2 sim and activated it today. At the time of application, the O2 website had the option of supplying my PAC from my current provider and I did this. Do I need to do anything else to port my number to O2 or will it happen automatically?

If you didnt receive a sms from o2 with a date for the port to go through then it hasn't been accepted.

The best thing to do is resubmit the pac code on the website or call Customer Services on 202 from your o2 handset.

@madasaf1sh , thanks for the quick reply. I haven't received an SMS regarding the port (just a few welcome messages) so will do as you suggest.
