No idea. I'm still on the old system and have been waiting to be changed over. It's not happened yet.

With nearly 30 million customers this will take months, even years going off O2's normal practice!

You will have some extra options if you are on the new platform, like changing your spend cap and adding an eSim @Peter_s . You might also get a text about a new deal, and/or a new direct debit set up.

If you don't see those, you will be on the old one.

Been on the new system 16 months. Still have to go to the Web for some functions and the App for others. They still aren't the same!

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
