New 02 sim

I have a new 02 sim card but my old iPhone does not recognise it. How do I get my phone unlocked??

If your O2 sim doesn't work and phone is locked, it will be locked to another network, ie, Three, EE or Vodafone etc.

You'll need to contact the relevant network to unlock it.
