For the past few days I have not been able to text call or use my data, I have no network connection at all and I'm wondering if anyone knows a way to fix the problem or have any advice as to how it can be fixed, all bills are payed I cannot access my network

Also check your service status https://status.o2.co.uk/ 

You could try your sim in another phone to see if it works in that. If it doesn't then you need a new sim
