Hello i have just got a huawei p30 pro and when i put my sim card in it i get no signal i have my sim in my old galaxy s7 and it works  fine any ideas please

Where did you gt the phone from as it's likely faulty or barred ?

I dont know where it was purchased my daughter got it for me as i am a 70 year old pensioner if it is barred is there any way of unlocking it

Hi @Bracken
Sorry to hear that your phone is not working. Perhaps you can find out where the phone came from by asking your daughter.
Seems it's possibly barred though.
