Hi @Anonymous The only way to get this sorted is by contacting customer services. We are customers like yourself and have no idea why you now have a network lock....Only they can lift any bars on the phone...and if you pay any money owing http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

How to o2 unlock here and the process will be similar for your previous provider.
