I have been having issues with this network for the past few weeks. It seems to come and go in regards to making and receiving calls I downloaded the app as instructed and registered for updates as it said there was an issue with a mast in my area and just a few days ago I got an email saying the issue was resolved but I'm still having issues and today when I checked the network issues again it said there was still an issue. Now I can understand these things happen but to be told it was fixed and still have issues and then find it is not fixed that I don't appreciate. I am paying for a service that I'm not getting and I don't think this is good enough can you please help resolve this query asap many thanks.

This is not O2 but a community of customers like yourself so we have no influence over these things. When it comes to Customer Services they too have little information over network issues.
O2 do seem to be struggling though. I think masts round me work fine for about two weeks before being notified of another mast not working.
