This has been happening to me for over a year! O2 have done nothing, I am still payig a phone tariff (which I never agreed to) and a line tariff for a phone that I can only use in London despite letting them know, all they are interested in is their money, not giving a good service! I wouldnt mind quite as much if I wasnt paying a total of £45 evey month for the pleasure of not having a mobile 95% of the time!

this is rubbish:--

Southminster, Essex

Hi Percy81

Why are you paying for something you've not agreed to ?

Download the MYNETWORK APP to report the masts and perhaps levy your issue officially here http://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain/complain

I've asked for your post to be moved to its own thread.

It shows you are in a 2G area only so youo've got no chance of 3G data until your area is upgraded, I'm afraid.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Of course being in Essex the upgrades may be fine before 2017 and IMO certainly will be given that London has almost blanket 4g coverage.
