Good morning

i received my new ‘like new’ iPhone XR and have an O2 SIM card. The network on the new phone says EE and says SIM failure.
I cannot find a telephone number to call to sort out this problem

thanks

@Caro333blue

Sounds like it has an EE ESim installed in it, for some reason, I would contact customer services and arrange a return and replacement.

And sounds like a Supplier failure, into o2 and very poor QA

Customer Services can be contacted on 202 from an o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

Check the settings for a redundant EE eSim.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
