Hi Guys,

As ever if i dont know something i'll always ask you guys and or go the official route.

Update :

"Whilst abroad a customer can request to turn voicemail off by dialling 1760 however this will only work if the countries phone networks accept short codes requests.

Also, live chat will be able to send the Voicemail or Divert Requests form, which gives the option to turn off voicemail however again as the customer will be on a foreign network we can’t guarantee this will work."

It doesn't, I've never seen a post here saying it does.

I have seen thousands saying they're abroad and can't turn it off! slight_smile
