How am i ment to get in contact with 02. Ive been having network issues for nearly 6 weeks not receiving calls. It started off here and there now its more oftern. I was receiving messages saying iv missed calls now im not getting the call alert messges till the next day. As a keyvworker this is not ideal i underatand less peopel to answer the fone as beacise of covid. But the auotmated service to keeps locking me off the fone. But im expected to pay for a serivice im not receiving and cant even get through to. It's ridiculous i cant even contact no1 through the online service!!
