I haven't been able to text for 3 days. I asked on live chat what was going on last night but I was told it was due to updating in my area. Updating taking WAY too long and I can't use my phone. I have tried to complain today but no advisors have been available ALL day.

Try rebooting your phone or cleaning the sim, may just be a chance you get signal again
