Hi over the past couple of days I’ve had no network coverage at all,I’ve turned device on and off and plane mode but still nothing!any idea please?

Sounds like a faulty sim, have you tried it in another handset?

If not if you can pop into an o2 store or call Customer Services on:

when you call 0844 809 0202, when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

Hi Martin, I received a new sim from 02 which wouldn’t work so went to 02 store they had no luck so to cut a long story I’ve got an appointment at the Apple store in Cambridge on Friday to either fix or exchange for a new one 👍

Just back from Apple Cambridge,they tried to sort it but ended up giving my son a new phone,thanks for your advice
