Hi, I'm with Tesco mobile, and have a problem that my phone is not receiving data access over the O2 network.
It 1st occurred on 19th Jan, I logged it on 20th Jan. Ref number=24167964
Internet access came back momentarily at the same time O2 sent me a 'no fault found' txt, then was lost again.
I relogged fault, Ref number=24171296, and again, on 22nd Jan, data came back momentarily at same time O2 once again txt me a 'no fault found'
It's as though O2's system is preventing/denying my phone access to data
although I have plenty of data left in my Tesco data allowance.
Where do I go from here?

Have you asked Tesco to check your account or tried a new sim card?
