I'm a o2 business customer for over 10 yrs and never really had an issue but this may make me move.

I called business to add wifi calling to our account. It had previously been activated but we've recently bought new phones and swapped our contracts so it had dropped off.

I called on Firday to activate and when I restarted my phone I had " sim not provisioned" error . After calling 8002 for business I was told that they get this quite often and its a SOG error and tech need to do something. Should be done within 48hrs but could take 72 hrs

Its a business contract 72hrs without a business line is rediculous. I've had to contact over 100 sites to update them to a temp phone and I'll have to contact all those again when its finally sorted (it still isn't and I assume the 72hrs was because they were about to go home on friday and wont be back in until after the weekend)

Has anyone had this issue before?

It seems rediculous that I could get a new contract. A pac code and have a new number set up before this gets sorted!!!!!

Rant over

Yes, it will be working hours which doesn't include weekends so all I can suggest is you call them again in the morning and keep calling until they resolve it for you.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

This is suspiciously the same as what has happened to my phone...

I added WiFi Calling last night and today I have "SIM 1 Not Provisioned" on my phone.

How did you manage to get it fixed?

Shunts...
