O2 online status shows things as alright, but several users here on Tesco and o2 are struggling with patchy network connections for internet, texts and phone calls. Called o2 they are saying there is nothing wrong in the area but there must be? It seems slightly better today but any way to escalate this? Not getting phone calls and texts which I need.

It was showing as ok when the OP posted this morning. At least they are aware of it now so let's hope the repair is done as soon as possible.
