My phone is not getting any signal at my home or work address, this has been happening for nearly 3 months now. Every time I contact o2 they tell me a mast is down and engineers are fixing the problem.... should this really take 3 months? I am missing important phone calls at home, and in my job is a phone is needed just in case I need back up in conflicts. When other o2 users come to my house their signal is fine. Help me

@Katie57123 If other O2 users don't have issues when at your house, then maybe it's a problem with your sim card and nothing to do with mast repairs. I would suggest you call into your local O2 store where they will swap your sim for a new one for free. You can also ask them to check if your APN is correct, and check your settings.
