Keep getting fobbed off by text message about fixing the coverage in the area I live in. Complained about it on 6th July and keep getting texts saying we will contact soon to give you an update. Next text message due on 31st August . What can I do?
Keep running the O2 Network Status tool and log daily.
Meantime, if voice calls are the issue, enable WiFi calling on your phone when in reach of a good WiFi signal.
If data speeds outside are the issue, try switching from 4G to 3G for busy times.
