Hi all,

I recently upgraded to a new ipad with O2 with a 25gb tariff, thus qualifiying for the free netflix offer..

However when I go online to claim the offer, the system needs to send me a verfication text to confirm my eligibility.. Except ipads cant receive text messages!

Any ideas on how I can claim it?

Although i don’t recall having to receive a code for mine. All I did was enter my number and it was verified by the system.
Try it on mobile data if currently trying on WiFi.

Managed to sort this.. I logged in from my iPad via 4G as another user suggested and it recognised the number and all is good..

Thanks to everyone who responded.
