I bought a Ipad from o2 which came with the NetFlix offer, after 2 weeks still No email so I contacted o2 firstly to be told you have to wait upto 40 days. then after contacting o2 a further 5 times still no email or code for the offer.

the last time I called they promised they would call back well that was last week, still waiting.

 

I enter the phone number on the offer web site onlt to be told number not reconised.

You should be able to claim after 14 days https://www.o2.co.uk/netflix but if your number is not recognised you need to call O2 again to get the issue addressed.
I'll tag @Martin-O2 @Marjo and @EmilieT too to see if they can help.

Thanks, but as I have stated I have contacted them 5 times and spent another 45 mins today but still no answers
