I am in Nepal. I have access to the internet. My phone I fully charged. I can receive texts but I cannot send texts, make a call, pick up voice mail, receive or send mail. I cannot contact O2 by voice, text or mail. I have set up 'roaming abroad but am still told that I do have the facility to make calls. Can anyone advise me as to how I make contact with O2 and resolve this problem?

You don’t say if you are on contract or PAYG, but there is no PAYG roaming available in Nepal at all

I'm guessing it must be payandgo although I'm surprised that texts are working if that is the case.
