I usually pay my bill pay when I get it but and did so again this month but I was recently charged a direct debit as well which is the first time this has happened, I just logged in and checked my balance and its sitting at -111.05.

If I'm in a negative why would I be charged a direct debit in the first place?

It depends if there was enough time between you paying and the DD date to stop it (usually needs 7 days).

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
